1. Law No. 94/01 of 20 January 1994 to lay down forestry, wildlife and fisheries regulations in Cameroon, Chapter I, article 113, paragraph 2:
" Storage and sale establishments shall comprise: a) Cold stores or premises equipped for the storing of products at a temperature of at least minus 20°C (-20°C). b) Fish shops where fishery products are stored for sale by retail to the local public. "
2. Law No. 94/01 of 20 January 1994 to lay down forestry, wildlife and fisheries regulations in Cameroon, Chapter V, article 134, paragraph 1:
" The setting-up of a fishmonger's shop, a frozen products plant, a processing plant (for smoking, drying or salting), a canning factory or a fish shop sha11 be subject to the obtention of a certificate issued in accordance with conditions to be determined by decree. (2) "
