1. Law No. 94/01 of 20 January 1994 to lay down forestry, wildlife and fisheries regulations in Cameroon, Chapter II, article 116, paragraph 1:
" Any natural person or corporate body wishing to exploit fishery resources at the industrial level shall first of all apply for a licence or permit in accordance with the procedure laid down by decree.
"
2. Law No. 94/01 of 20 January 1994 to lay down forestry, wildlife and fisheries regulations in Cameroon, Chapter II, article 116, paragraph 2:
" The issuing of the fishing licence or permit shall be subject to the payment of an exploitation tax, the rate of which sha11 be fixed by the Finance Law.
"
